Iowa has been invaded. By aliens. Really. I was at a local mall recently and I saw sev­eral. Now when I say “mall” here, lower your ideas about 110% and that is about the size. The mall I was at would fit in a teeny tiny cor­ner of Mall of Amer­ica but we take what we can get. Anyway.…I saw sev­eral um, shall we say “crea­tures” who I rec­og­nized as aliens. They were all walk­ing around with these ear exten­sions that looked like enlarged hear­ing aids. They had lit­tle anten­naes and every­thing. And the “crea­tures” were just talk­ing away, in Eng­lish but I know that was just a cover. If I’d seen just one I would have thought it was some weirdo with a head­set but than I saw more and this being Iowa, well I just knew.  I always thought they’d land here first, being God’s coun­try that is, and so they have. Wow. I am so excited.
